Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing (before dispatch).
To cancel, email us at freakyfashionkurnool@gmail.com with your order ID.
Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Return & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags & packaging.
Exchanges are allowed only for size issues (subject to stock availability).
Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
COD Orders: Refunds processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS).
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Accessories, innerwear, and discounted/sale items.
Products damaged due to misuse.
Damaged/Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, raise a request within 48 hours of delivery with pictures.
A free replacement or refund will be issued.
